What is Actibot?

Actibot is Internet Activo's virtual customer service assistant, available 24/7 via WhatsApp. With it, you can create reports, send payment receipts, check your open tickets, and more, without having to wait for an operator.

Steps to use Actibot:

Start the conversation
Open WhatsApp and text "Hello" or "Good morning" to the Actibot number. You'll automatically receive a welcome message with language options.

  1. Select the language
    To continue in Spanish, simply type 1. (You can also choose other languages if you prefer.)

  2. Verify your identity
    If you're calling from the number registered on your contract, you'll skip to the next step. Otherwise, you'll be asked to enter your ID (with dashes).

  3. Access the main menu
    Once your identity has been verified, a menu will appear with several options:

    1. Information

    1. Report damage

    1. Report payment

    1. Change password

    1. Other

    1. View open tickets

Below we explain how to proceed with the most common cases:

🛠 How to report damage (e.g., slow internet)

  • Enter 2 to select “Report damage.”

  • The system will show you a list of error types. For example:

    1. Without internet

    2. Slow internet

    3. No telephone service

    4. Other

    5. Change password

  • Choose the number that corresponds to your problem (for example, 2 for “slow internet”).

  • Actibot will ask you to confirm that you want to open a ticket. Enter "yes."

  • If the problem is related to your connection speed, you'll be prompted to perform a speed test. Simply click the link, enter your subscriber number, complete the test, and send a screenshot of the results in the chat.

Done! The system will confirm that the ticket has been created correctly. You don't need to speak to an operator unless you have another issue to report.

💵 How to report a payment

  • From the main menu, type 3 for “Report Payment.”

  • You'll be shown detailed instructions based on the type of payment you made: Yappy, bank transfer, or deposit.

  • Send an image of your payment receipt, including your contract number or the full name of the service provider.

📌 What if I want to review my ticket?

From the main menu, type 6 for "View open tickets." Actibot will show you the status of your active or recent reports.
