About the Installation and Contracting of Internet Service

Do I need to make any payment before the service is installed?

Yes, at the time of signing the Internet Service Contract, you must pay in advance the equivalent of one (1) month of the contracted service. Payments will then be made on a recurring basis and must be made no later than the 30th of each month.

Is the equipment installed in my home my property?

No, the installed equipment and materials, such as the communications antenna, the wireless router, the galvanized pipes and the wiring, are the exclusive property of Internet Activo SA. Only the devices purchased separately, with their respective tax invoice, will be the property of the client.

Can I request special configurations or additional installation?

Yes, but please note that any additional requests, such as custom configurations, extra wiring or special installations beyond the basic ones, may incur additional charges. These costs will be disclosed in advance.

How long does it take to install the service?

Installation time may vary depending on technical and logistical availability in your area. Once coverage is confirmed and the initial payment is made, our team will coordinate the installation in the shortest possible time.
